Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Special Education, the PBIS Coach will work collaboratively with the building’s principal and staff to develop internal capacity in the implementation of positive behavior supports at the system-level and student-level. This support will be provided in the assigned school for a long-term period of time to allow adequate development of system components and ensure fidelity. Upon reaching defined targets, the position will be moved to another school in need of support.
